Most orders take flight from our cozy nest within 2-3 business days and arrive in your happy hands within 5-8 days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on their exciting journey!
We charge flat shipping fees of ₹100 for all products and ₹200 for all fabrics, irrespective of the size, and weight, for delivery in any serviceable part of India.
We take utmost care in checking all products before dispatch as well as wrapping them to survive the arduous journey. But sometimes, even the best bubble wrap can’t survive the occasional bump on the road. If your order arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect, contact us immediately upon receiving it, and we’ll whisk away the mishap with a replacement or a refund. No drama!
We wouldn’t leave you hanging. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to spy on your package’s adventure!
Right now, our delivery owls only fly within India. But stay tuned, because world domination (of the cozy kind) might just be on the horizon!

Once a product is delivered in perfect condition, it’s yours to keep. No returns or exchanges, please. Please note that fabrics and custom-made/commissioned items cannot be exchanged or returned. We also don’t offer returns on fabrics and items marked down on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, in case the rare event that there’s a manufacturing defect, a wrong item is delivered, or you receive a damaged product, the item will be eligible for a refund or return.
Easy peasy! To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, in the original condition you received it, and nestled back in its original packaging. To get started, just send us an email along with photos highlighting the problem and a receipt or proof of purchase at [email protected]
Once your return request is approved by our team (usually within 24 working hours), we’ll kindly ask you to ship the item back to us in its original condition. Once we receive it and confirm it’s all good, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item on our end, we’ll happily cover the return shipping costs for you. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
You’ll receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) once we receive them in their original condition. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For exchanges, we’ll send you the new item(s) as soon as possible and communicate the timelines to you.
Absolutely! We understand plans change. You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t yet shipped. Simply contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to assist you.
