Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards and various other online payment methods.
Do you provide cash on delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer cash on delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-10 days from the date of order placement. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our cozy nest.
What if my order contains pre-order or custom items?
Pre-order and custom items may have slightly longer shipping times. We’ll always provide estimated delivery dates on product pages and in your order confirmation.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care to package your treasures securely, but sometimes things can go awry. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! We want you to love your Trumatter Living finds – nothing less than 100%. You can return or exchange most items within 6-8 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, email us with a receipt or proof of purchase at [email protected].
Once your return request is approved, we request you to ship the product back to us in its original condition. Once the item is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Will I get a refund?
For returns, you’ll receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) once we receive them in their original condition. Refunds are typically processed within 6 to 8 days. For exchanges, we’ll send you the new item(s) as soon as possible.

What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize natural, eco-friendly materials whenever possible. We’ll always strive to use materials that are kind to you and the planet. You can find specific details about materials used on each product page.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans or made in small batches, adding a touch of uniqueness and warmth to your home. We also offer some ethically sourced goods that are not necessarily handmade but still made with just as much love.
