Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! At Trumatter, we want you to adore your home decor finds, nothing less than 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Easy peasy! To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, in the original condition you received it, and nestled back in its original packaging. To get started, just send us an email with a receipt or proof of purchase at [email protected]
Once I initiate a return, what happens next?
Once your return request is approved by our team (usually within 24 hours), we’ll kindly ask you to ship the item back to us in its original condition. Once we receive it and confirm it’s all good, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Just a heads up, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning your item. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item on our end, we’ll happily cover the return shipping costs for you!
Will I get a full refund?
You’ll absolutely receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) once we receive them in their original condition. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For exchanges, we’ll send you the new item(s) as soon as possible.
What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
Unfortunately, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, consumable items, or custom-made nature. These details will be mentioned on the product page.
