It is 8:30 am, here in India, and I’m up already. This is Monday- and surprisingly i’m not feeling the Monday drag.. A bit of vision beyond the ordinary can indeed bring into matters a change that’s strikingly radical. And today, a change is making my Monday feel like a brand new day and I’m happy! A change for a change? Maybe!
After
Before!
Found this contact paper for 1$ each. And antique knobs from a hardware sale for 2.5$ each. The transformation is indeed radical. What do you think?
Early morning and DIY *groans* but the transformation is seriously grt love d mirror specially š
Romi, yes! but the DIY was done last week…through out the week. Mirror closeups coming up š
Spittin, grittin and a whole lot of duck tape! Well, seriously, glue and water: half n half. And also, when two things meet, contact happens. Organically!
Thanks š
Eta toh daarun kotha holo!! How’d you manage to make contact between the contact paper and the cupboard??? š
Looks marvelous! š
You always have the best projects!!!
XOXO
Kristin
Thank you Kristin! Coming from you that means a lot to me!
This is lovely, Rukmini. It really looks great, and I love the design of the paper you chose.
Is it not Janice? I wanted something different, something that’s both Indian and also goes with the country decor. And they were so cheap! Made me even happier. š
I think that’s really clever. It’s a great new look and what a savings.
Like that square mirror.
Thanks Joe! I loved going through your blog and the vanilla beans. Fingers crossed š
